Between now and Easter we will explore the parables and promises of God’s abundant and expansive grace. Full to the Brim is an invitation—into a radically different Lent, where we allow ourselves to be so filled to the brim with God’s lavish love, that love spills over and reaches beyond ourselves.

Lent is traditionally a season where we focus on repentance, a changing of direction, to re-align ourselves with Christ's way. Ash Wednesday marks the start of that season with a sign of the cross in ashes to signify our need for self-examination, acknowledging the frailty and uncertainty in human life is the start of that season. In stark contrast, the sign of the cross gives us hope and reminds us of the victory that Christ won for us, even over death.

On March 5th at St. Charles UMC, we will experience reflection, prayer, and rejuvenation through the Holy Spirit as we encounter God in new ways. These experiences can stand alone or you can experience a full day of soul resetting. The journey is yours.

All ages are welcomed. Childcare is provided. All sessions, worship services, and classes are free. Share with your friends and family.
