Throughout the month of December, we will focus on affirmations from scripture for the season of Advent as we prepare our hearts to begin again with a new liturgical year. Through worship, we will anchor ourselves in important truths meant to ground us all: You are a blessing, You are not alone, You are here to bring good into the world, and Hope is worth the risk. Each of these affirmations will tie into the lectionary scriptures for Advent Year C in the liturgical calendar.
